QUARTER’S HIGHLIGHTS
In July, we won a major project to produce a multi media vaccines training programme with GSK.
The agency selection process was rigorous, involving both online and personal presentations and we beat off competition from several major UK agencies to win this exciting work.

All financial management at LiveWire has been transitioned to run on Sage Line 50, which is enabling us to scale up our financial operations in line with our increasing project load and numbers of people working with us.
Keith Long and Kim Horgan have both worked hard to set up and run the new system alongside our old one to ensure that every thing is in order before we finally transitioned completely in August.

  We have acquired a new
meeting room at our premises in Gerrards Cross.
The new room (that we are somewhat grandly referring to as 'the Conference Room') is much larger than our existing offices and will be used for client meetings, as well as providing additional hot desking spaces. Gerry decorated the room, which has also had new lighting installed in August, and the telephone, wireless Broadband and new furniture all go in this month.

SUMMER 2008 MAILING CAMPAIGN
The last of our three postcards depicting situations with which we and our clients are only too familiar has been mailed to clients. A key aim for LiveWire this year has been to raise brand awareness of our agency and the postcards have successfully increased our noise level amongst our client base. We were hoping to create cards that would be shown around and/or displayed in client offices, so we were delighted when visiting a new contact and he commented to us (totally unprompted!),

“I usually throw this kind of thing in the bin,
but I might just stick this one up on the board.
Who wrote the copy?”

another emailed to say:

"I do enjoy the postcards you keep sending.
They do make me laugh. Please continue to do
so and I hope to see you soon."

A fourth, one-off, “wild card” will be sent out in January.
