What do you feel went well with the project?  
Overall communication with Livewire and the team, efficient budget management and delivery of programme.
Look and feel. Relationship with whole project team. Flexibility on due dates etc
In short, all aspects. The very quick grasp of our requirements and reason for the project. The desire to be innovative, accepting and meeting the short deadline, delivery of the project on time and in budget.
It was a complex project with very tight deadlines that were met.
Very good collaboration/partnership on each and every project based on a good communication, understanding of needs and on a good two-way dialogue. Livewire has demonstrated a good flexibility and adaptability to the several changes that have happened in the team and have been able to deliver on certain projects despite very short time lines. The Livewire's team has been able to create very good relation with External Experts and with the paediatric team.
Quick turnaround, good quality. Company not only listen to our suggestions but also have good ideas how to improve quality of presentation.
Everything was delivered on time. We received a very good first draft that required few comments from us. Agency adapted well to ongoing adjustments to the project spec as we went along
I liked the fact that after the first couple of projects, the work was done intuitively.
Great team to work with, clear communication, good project management, conscious of timelines, good quality of work.
 
What could we do to improve our delivery?  
Proof reading - grammar and spelling. Continue to think of 'new and different' to differentiate us from other communications.
Nothing.
Project management has not been ideal in the past but has dramatically improved in 2010 - This has been critical to the success of the projects and should be kept as a priority point.
I think it is always easier with regular telephone-contact, can avoid a few e mails. (minor comment).

Expand expertise to other areas as well, such as campaign development etc which commercial teams require.
Institute source of market insights/market intelligence and understanding in EMAP region maybe if possible.

It has been a pleasure working on a long term plan with Livewire - I have witnessed improvement in each and every part of the management of projects and had the feeling of a real partnership between Livewire and the paediatric team. It has been especially a great pleasure working with Julie who is a very good professional and also of course with Lesley and the other team members.
